This Really Isn’t a Blogiversary Post!

OK, I’m going to gloss over the fact that my blog is maybe, approximately, somewhere, around 12 months but that is neither here nor there – this is definitely not a blogiversary post! It is more a reflection of me having spent the last year as just saying mum. A whole year! No, not a blogiversary post – nothing blogiversary at all!

So, if not such a post then what? I guess I just wanted to say thank you to an awful lot of people and say “Oh my word I love this whole blogging, vlogging thing and being just saying mum has been one of the best decisions I have made!”

Funnily enough, I was going to take a blogging break over Christmas but sat down this week to record a vlog about my year and as I mentioned Christmas in the vlog (and have no idea how to edit without the aid of my daughter) I thought I’d better get the post out there now – would be foolish to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas in January! So, here’s a little vlog – filmed in black and white as I was poorly and no one needs to see that in colour – looking over the year and then plans for 2017.

Thank you to each and every one of you that has followed and supported my blog – you are all just fantastic. The encouragement, support and love has been overwhelming and so, so appreciated. OK, that’s enough gush – here’s my year as just saying mum!

  1. I can’t believe what you’ve achieved in a year – incredible!

Also, your vlog has reminded I completely forgot to contribute to your book! I’d still love to if not too late? So sorry about that Helen!

Look forward to catching up in the new year xxx
